It’s so nice to meet you!

I'm Jeanette, your Certified Health & Master Life Coach, and I'm here with a mission: to be your guide as you embark on a journey that includes self-discovery, nurturing healthier relationships, and cultivating a positive mindset. My aim is to help you unlock the harmony and peace that you truly deserve.

While I am a Jersey girl at heart, I've called Northern California home for more than three decades now. It's where I share my life and adventures with my husband, Will, our extended family, and cherished friends. Coaching and mentoring have been integral to my personal and professional journey, but my path into formal coaching began as a quest for my own personal growth.

I wanted to become the best version of myself and gain a deeper understanding of who I am, flaws and all. Life has taken me through its twists and turns, including career changes, moves, financial ups and downs, divorce, co-parenting, new relationships, friendships, and losses - and let’s not forget menopause and a slow metabolism. As I entered my fifties, my stress was at an all-time high and it was affecting every aspect of my life, from my relationships to my health. My self-discovery quest began.

It didn't take me long to realize that coaching was my true calling, and it ignited a passion within me. I'm genuinely enthusiastic about helping YOU discover your inner power so you can navigate life's ups and downs with grace and confidence while reducing conflict and confusion - mastering your own self-discovery journey, mindset and relationship transformations.

By the way, no, I don’t have it all figured out but I am enjoying the continual path of self-discovery.

I'm savoring this phase of life, as I adapt to the shifting dynamics that come with having adult children, embracing new roles such as mother-in-law and Grandma (my new favorite role). My grandson, Riley, is a constant source of joy and a reminder to keep life in perspective. Yes, I'm that Grandma who can't stop talking about her grandchild!

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me spending quality time with family and friends, sharing life's simple pleasures. I have a passion for cooking, love hosting gatherings, find solace by the ocean, enjoy exploring new places, cherish every moment, and, of course, relish a glass of bubbly along the way.

I'm genuinely looking forward to getting to know YOU and hearing your story.

Something else I’m passionate about:

Walking with Purpose: My Journey with Susan G. Komen 60 Mile

Walking has always been more than just an activity for me; it's a passion, a calling, and a way to make a difference. My heart beats to the rhythm of each step, and my soul finds solace in the simple act of putting one foot in front of the other. But beyond the love of walking, there's a deeper motivation that fuels my stride: the Susan G. Komen 60 Mile walk.

For years, I've dedicated my steps to a cause close to my heart—the fight against breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen 60 Mile walk is not just an event; it's a testament to the power of perseverance, community, and the unwavering commitment to eradicating this devastating disease. With every mile I walk, I honor the brave survivors, remember those we've lost, and contribute to research and support for those still fighting.

Join me on this incredible journey where walking becomes a symbol of hope, resilience, and a brighter future. Together, we can take strides towards a world without breast cancer, one step at a time.

WHY DO I WALK? My love for walking has been a steady companion for well over a decade, and it all began with a simple desire for movement and connection. After work, my friend and I started a ritual of getting steps in on the way to our favorite happy hour destinations - that was the whole plan! Luckily for us, there were plenty of places within walking distance. Our walks spanned from 2.5 to 6 miles round trip, and we committed to this routine at least 2-3 times a week for many years. We faced rain, cold, extreme heat, and conquered challenging hills - our dedication knew no bounds. Those walks nurtured not just my body but my soul and mind.

Little did I know that walking would take on another profound role in my life during this time. In the wake of losing a dear friend to breast cancer, I made a solemn commitment with another friend to participate in the Susan G. Komen 60-mile 3-Day walk in San Diego. In the midst of shock and helplessness, we vowed to undertake this journey together - and we did, conquering all 60 miles! Over the course of ten years, I've completed five of these walks, each an incredible journey shared with dear friends and even my daughter. These are memories I will treasure forever, and I also forged a lifelong friendship during one of these walks.

I distinctly remember feeling profoundly empowered after that initial walk, like a true warrior. It was a mix of overwhelming joy and sheer determination, and I knew these walks would be forever a part of me.

This experience has been nothing short of life-changing. Amidst the tears, conversations, bonding, and self-reflection, I discovered so much about myself. I also witnessed boundless compassion and gratitude in the hearts of others, an experience I had never encountered before, and for which I am eternally grateful. Walking has always been my sanctuary, and the connection it brings runs deep within my soul. And if you ever decide to walk 60 miles, I can't recommend San Diego enough as the perfect backdrop for such a feat!

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me, as this journey with walking is an integral part of my passion for coaching and who I am. I eagerly look forward to sharing this experience with you!
